I am not sure what you mean-- George Cloney's voice is a takeoff on Karl Childers in "Sling Blade", George Bush has an exaggerated Texas accent, Condi has an exaggerated black accent, Scalia has an exaggerated Italian-American accent, the doctor has an exaggerated German mad scientist accent.
