i recently bought a BSA lightning, with a laser sight, a HAWKE 3-9X40 scope and a walnut chequered stock.

there not walnut stocks mate there only beech in the lightning but xl lightnings can have walnut or beech i have had a few of these and all mine got v-mach tuned i dint like the ga-ram i had in my xl-tac

Had this riffle very acurate,
200 yard shots without any problem around a 12 inch drop over that distance with around half the power on inpact,
mine was a 1.7 mm
Awsome riffle can hit the wings of a nat with this if you take the time to set it up.
I set my scope so cross hairs spot was about 20 yards but over the lenth of 200 yards you have to aim up around 12 inch.

yes i do shoot pests with this gun but not larger than a pheasant, its great, quick and painless :D

mine used to be 12ftp and thats what they are limited to in the UK but i have a firearms certificate :) so its a lot more powerful lol. it knock the wabbits dead from large ranges, + any other pests, magpies, squirells and i have killed 2 pheasants with this gun, good stuff!
