Compliments for your prototype it is interesting I share the opinion of lutherp40 I have noticed among so many materials and forms used in my simple prototypes that in effects the form has its importance,my observations I have noticed that it needs to avoid the effect accumulation of beads on the surface of the electrodes less beads they remain you accumulate in the electrodes=more production of HHO,the ions are not hindered by the beads of produced gas and anchored on the surface electrodes

When installed in a car the vibration and movement will shake the beads off.

Ok, this cell is pretty impressive!

Are these 'all thread' or smooth rods?

You will need to figure out a way to manage heat gain and excessive current leakage.

All the rod/screw cells I've worked with are very hard to manage the current flow between plates.

It is almost impossible to design a mechanical voltage divider circuit to drop 12VDC input voltage down to the more desirable 2.2V to 2.5Vplate voltage when your using rods or screws.

Good luck with this design though. I really like it.

a party light chaser circuit could be used to only send a pulse to 2 active rods at a time.

and have them chase the circle around,effectivley pulsing the cell and letting the rods coast on each rotation and isolating leakage because all the rods whilst switched off would become floating,or nuetral.

I was thinking to whom used to send the tide perhaps pulsated,many say that the tide pulsating a kind of resonance is created in the cell but perhaps the explanation is very simpler perhaps the impact of the ions in discontinuous way it favors the separation of the beads but this is alone,simple deduction of mine,I think could be all right a simple pomp with the aspiration of the electr. liquid to the center and the distribution under the bars in your prototype,however you have done a good job

yeah i been eyeing off this chaser unit that runs 8 lamps.

was thinking rectify the AC and output and play with that.
