Maddie and I tackle CrossFit Games WOD #3: as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of: squat cleans + jerk
She rocked it at rx'd at 110 lbs! 21 rounds +. Amazing.
The rx'd 165 was clearly heavy for me. Got 5 rounds + 1. I'll focus on better technique (more efficient would be squat cleaning instead of power cleaning, I need to stay on my heels instead of my toes, etc.) + front squattingand re-attack on Saturday. But damn... quite a 5 minutes :)
