Well, the designers said they dont even have the technology to make screens of those size. On top of the money problem, they were waiting until 2008 to have the technology to come through, which never did. Its too bad because the original design looked really good.

I don't like this modified version of the building. The Original design was twice as large and the entire side of the building was supposed to be a giant lcd screen to broadcast the games inside. But a 50 % budget cut this is what you get.
