Nick: *places his phone on the table in front of it staring at it* Come on just call her. *he picks up the phone then quickly puts it down* No! no, dont, shes probably busy. *thinks* But she did say to call her sometime... *says out loud* OK Ill do it. *picks up the phone and hits his speed dial*
Joe: *slams open the front door saying loudly* Nick! Congratulate me!!!
Nick: *jumps and slams his phone shut ending the call and slamming it down on the table again in a hurry* Then he slowly turns around and looks at joe, giving Joe a dirty look and says sarcastically* Congratulations!
Joe: *ignores the look* Wanna know what for?
Nick: *sighs and looks regretfully at the phone on the table then back at Joe* I already know.
Joe: *wilts a little* How?
Nick: *picks his phone up and putting it in his pocket* Because I spoke with Demi today, and I suspect you talked to Kevin about something relatively the same.
Joe: oh... *his grin comes back* Sooo, Are you going to congratulate me?
Nick: *crosses his arms* Well, considering you didnt thank me for talking to Demi, and that you interupted an important phone call...
Joe: Ah, the Fair Selena. How do things bide with your lady, your love, your all?
Nick: *glares at Joe* Shes not my- *his phone rings loudly in his pocket and he quickly takes it out dropping it* Shoot! *he gets down on his knees spicking it up then standing up and answering it* H-hello? Oh hey Selena... yeah sorry about that I.... dropped my phone off the roof.... ah I mean... Um yes the roof it comfortable I mean not that I spend a lot of time up there *leans against a chair which filps over and he almost falls* Uh, uh Um no that was the TV...
Joe: *smiles evily and mouths* Smooth.
Nick: *mouths go away* Um what show....? *walks to his room*
Joe: *walks to the couch and flops down on it, hands behind his head thinking about Demi. His phone rings* Hello?
Demi: Hey there.
Joe: *sits up* Why hello. Why do I have the honor to hear your most beautiful voice?
Demi: *laughs* Youll see
Joe: Um *hears a knock at the door* One second theres someone at the door *goes over and opens it* Hey Demi Ive gotta go. The most beautiful girl Ive ever seen just showed up at my door...
Demi: *gives Joe a look* Can I come in
Joe: One second Im talking to a friend...
Demi: *grabs Joes phone and hangs it up*
Joe: Hey! That was an important call!
Demi: *smiles and puts her arms around Joes neck* How important?
Joe: *arms around her waist, he smiles* Not very important anymore.
Nick: *running down the stairs and jumping in the room making a victory fist* YES! SCORE!! *he looks up and sees Demi and Joe in the doorway and blushes* OH umm sorry.. *he runs upstairs again*
Demi: *laughs* What was that about?
Joe: Im pretty sure he scored a date with Selena.
Demi: Hmm... do you think she asked him?
Joe: Probably. *faking a proper voice* But I would never go out with a girl who asserted her independence like that.
Demi: *leaning closer to his face* Oh Really?
Joe: Haha, no. *smiles and kisses her*
