@hixvideo The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted by the United Nations in 1948, and the last time I checked the United States was not only a member of the UN but was home to its headquarters. The United States voted in favor of adopting the declaration. I don't appreciate the name calling, but if you'd like to have a civilized discussion I'd welcome that.

Article 23 section 4 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states "Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests."
