http://www.TheUnknownWarrior.com I had just done Jiu Jitsu right before doing this workout. While I was rolling with Danny at Gracie South in Jackson, MS he said have you been lifting more weights than you use to, you feel crazy strong. I told him that I haven't been lifting any weights at all and that he would be able to see me go through the workout I have been doing from 2004 Judo Olympian Dr. Rhadi Ferguson's website http://www.TheBodyWeightWorkout.com

Go to the site to get more knowledge than you will get anywhere else. He is probably the best in the world at this stuff and he just GIVES it away!! He trains everyone even all types of athletes on the highest levels!

I'm Marshall Thompson (MMA Fighter) from Jackson, MS. The Unknown Warrior, 2007 WKA National Champion, Watch me, now the under dog triumph back on the scene after over two years of injuries. • This is GORGEOUS man.Rhadi's workout is a BEAST and dawg you gotta be on BEAST MODE to knock it out the way you just did...especially at the END of a jits workout.Marshall,brah...my name is RAS FLETCHER and I have a workout similar to this (minus the walkouts but with some gymnastics drills in its place) and I have ULTIMATE RESPECT for you being able to do this routine man.Supa props to ya,dawg.I'm subbing your page and hopefully you'll sub me back.I'm going to put up a few of my workouts too

  • @ATACXGYM Thanks Bro Hoping to start doing 3 sets of it this week!!! I must admit I don't wanna lol!!!

  • @UnknownWarriorLive Great workout, congrats. I wonder how much do you rest between the sets, and also, do you do these exercises at the end of your martial art session, or you do these as a starter? Good luck!

  • @Ge311rgo In this particular workout I did it after a hard training, sometimes I do them fresh as well, I usually do a min or 2 rest between the workout

  • Man,I'm on 2 sets now--done at the midpoint of my skill sets rounds.I'll do 2 rounds striking,2 grappling,2 weapons,2 MMA,2 with all of these combined, then do my own Rhadi-Frank Shamrock-yoga-wushu-Olympian athletes inspired bodyweight routine for 2 sets, then repeat the skill sets and allegedly do 2 more bodyweight sets at the end of round 20.Haven't got there yet.I expect to be there in 1 month though.
