I can't believe these idiots calling out his "bad form" ... that's perfect form for a big weight. you can keep on doing your rows with 40 pounds and "perfect technique" and stay small and weak, but stop posting idiotic comments on a vid like this

@ev1bl kroc I want to say in 04-05 he competed 100kg and broke world record for total. Yes his federation has a 24-48hr weigh in window. He would sit in his hotel bathroom for the whole day and lose 30-35lbs. Then he competed some in 110kg the following yrs. I agree with ya. Now he is a muscle tech bitch "trying" to be a bodybuilder :( lol

@MrFLEXaLOT57 Matt is actually very far from the strongest 100kg(or 110) lifter in the world. Also, he is not 100kgs. Serious federations have a 2-hour weighin, making sure that the lifters actually weigh more or less what the class says. The fed Krocs lifted in however, I believe has a 24-hour weigh-in. Not exactly serious rules. And definitely not comparable to most other strength-athletes in the world.

the most important thing is the form dude you have to get it .

@darkmanGR all respect lost just for the fact that you said "pwns"

dude im not trying to say you had bad form cuz im an asshole....its cuz one day you'll get injured and then it'll be weeks to months before you can workout again
lol you all must be bigger than kroc calling him out on poor form and technique etc
But your not....... at 100kg he is the strongest man in the 3lifts combined in the World!
So keep on shadow boxing with your tapout shirts. Being that pussy in the mirror
