I used to think I was super strong, but after seeing all these videos of gymnasts and the calisthenics kingz I feel like a pussy....

That was great man. I just started training with rings and was wondering if you had any suggestions for chest exercises aside from ring push ups. And the same for back aside from pull ups and body rows.

@LucaBlightBadass Yeah gymnastic strength training is definitely a cool change of pace from bodybuilding type stuff!
That was awesome. Do you just train at home. I've begun gymnastic type conditioning with the help of coach christopher sommer's book "building the gymnastic body" but my i'm looking for a good place to train. I've got rings and a pull up bar and some push up bars a.k.a. ghetto parelletes. But no parallel bars or solid horizontal bar. Any tips?

@ConnorRunsFree The rings and parelletes are the only things you really need, but just get creative and look around town for what you could use as parallel bars or a high bar.
