okkk, actually its more around 4 to 6 percent body fat, and u have to eat high protein and very clean diet, no bread. tons of cardio and high intensity workout.

@smokeyscoobz well i do legs on the days where u do cardio which are friday and saturday. I run on treadmill then i follow up with leg workout, doing 3 leg machines and doing 3 sets on 15-20 reps. I workout abs almost everyday but again on Friday and Saturday are when I really workout abs with various methods.
