@luckydirtbag THIS JUST IN: you can wear shoes with lots of cushioning and still have good form and not be injured. Enjoy running barefoot/slower than everyone with shoes.

a pretty decent shoe. I am pretty worried about the sole though. It really looks like it's going to just disintegrate pretty quickly so I'm not using it that much. I notice myself pushing off with my big toe alot more. Not too sure what that's about. I guess I'm moderately pleased. It's my first flat(or what I'd consider flat). I do kind of wish I looked closer at the kinara though as I'm told it's very similar.

@olasonn i feel for you man, same thoughts here.

@olasonn thats true, but shoe manufacturers dont really give a shit -__-

@jaksls You can't train hard if you're always injured because your form sucks.. dumbass

All this bare foot running talk makes me laugh, its just fun runners with too much time to think about running fast, if you want to improve your times, train harder and stop worrying about your style, you think Haile worries about his style when hes doing 150 miles per week?

How do you compare this to the DS Racer? Could you compare light-weight trainers/racers? Thanks.

I got them! so pumped. i ordered from running warehouse, so this video turned into some good adversing for them.

actually, i reacted to that as well, landing on your heels is a form of "braking". id recommen the asics hyperspeed 3. very good.
Heel to toe transition???
Landing on your heel is the last thing you want to do. Try running barefoot outside for 100 feet, and see what comes naturally for our feet. This is also the way you should run with shoes on.
If your shoes have a high heel, get some without them. They are a lot cheaper too.
