hey this is my video entry and i know it dosent look anything like that beautiful picture but i choose that picture cause it inspired me to challenge myself to do something i've never done before and billy b work inspires me to want to learn and become a true master of art and that what billy b means to me and im not just saying that to win because i feel there are others that deserve it..billy b is wonderful makeup artist that creates magic and who truly inspires me and i mean that....and to you scandelousbeauty you are such a helpful person and when i first started looking at youtube and i saw your video and continue to do so for your guidence
