1. Its been awhile since my last video. I have a shoulder injury that doesn't allow me to do barbell presses. This is the closest I can get to bench without hurting myself. 2. I don't know the weight equivalent to the barbell press. I just know this is the strongest I've been so my guess is between 260-270lb. But your guess is as good as mine. 3. I weigh about 170-175. Height: 6'2" 4. I should have filmed the previous set because I did 8 reps!
