When you put one foot in front of the other 10,000 times. Get a pedometer from Walmart.

Hi!Elliptical does NOTHING for me.I also noticed all the older people can stay on one forever.If someone older than 50 tells me they are doing 10k steps walking, they are always in really good shape. Nothing beats walking.Injuries are kept to a minimum and you can read or listen to music or watch TV or play video Monopoly on your wide screen like I do! I will post me now right now! I'm skinny! 24 pounds down!! I will keep going until I reach 124lbs as it is now easy like I told you!

heyy it's me again i work out everyday on the elliptical for 60 min is that the same as 10,000 steps?
