  • @radtwelve wheat breads and other complex carbs are excellent, eggs provide some needed fat and protein for breakfast, and never forget your fruits and vegetables. If you want to build some new muscle mass, make sure you are the proper amount of protein daily (at least 1 gram per lb of body weight). Hope that helps you get started!

  • hi im a slim guy and don't really want to be too muscular but fit and healthy. i've been eating light wheat breads, fried eggs, apples, and tuna mayo. it's been 3 days like that. i dont suffer. but is it considered healthy doing that? i don't do sports a lot though.

    Not really dude. When you hear the word bodybuilder, you think about those anabolic juice guys. go search,; natural bodybuilding.. they're not much bigger then Scott..
