First Nations at Vancouver Island BC went back to a Traditional natural food plan as an experiment with a doctor and diabetes decreased in that town

@sinnerpeace I have great health and will never eat such a crap diet. I will continue eating as I am. Will never be vegan or vegetarian and sure the hell wont eat all raw food. I like cooked meals

Some taking it a step further in the form of juicing. If you don't believe, check the evidence. The Gerson Clinic has DECADES of documented proofs of people who were TERMINALLY ill and followed the Gerson regimen..and were CURED. Again, do your research before blanket labeling a group please
