What you are is what is happening now. There is no mallory..that is mind stuff. It is part of the story of the mind. You are noting. You are what is happening each and every moment.

@xmenrus duality is not a mistake, it is meant to point you toward discovering oneness. You have to be able to recognize it before it can be so. How you can see anything other than happiness, joy, and helpfullness in Mooji is just because you are projecting on him what you wish you could have for yourself. Keep listening and maybe one day you will find it :) best wishes.

As it has become a consistant in my life, I came across this amazing individual, Mooji, just by surfing through videos. I have been blessed immensely by the truth he is sharing. Beyond religion, beyond rules and regulations. Just pure Spirit. I love it.
