King Crimson, die Progressive-Rock-Band um Robert Fripp (Gitarre) und - damals - Bill Bruford (Drums), live am 25.11.1972 im Beat Club!

Progressive Rock legend King Crimson, feat. Robert Fripp (guitar) and - at that time in lineup no. 3 - Bill Bruford on drums, live at the German Beat Club in autumn of 1972! The song "Larks's Tongues" is taken from the album by the same title, recently released in March 1973. It features influences of Heavy Metal, improvisation and complex structure - typically for King Crimson at early 1970s. The album is also the first part of a trilogy, followed by "Starless and Bible Black" and "Red" (both 1974).

  • @HuterDerSchwelle well i never said they are good because they are complex. everything they are playing is realy simple actually. theres just multiple parts which make it complex. also i was simply stating that this piece of music is complex and if someone thinks this is boring and rather listen to the ramones, then they do not have a very open mind to music and need to rethink what boring is. if there were no brush strokes there would be no painting. enjoy each detail individually as one

  • @horker69 king crimson isn't good because they're complexities can to be appreciated, they're good because each song is a true experience. they're sound pulls you into the consciousness they are creating. its art. no artist paints a painting for you to enjoy their brush strokes.

  • A true classic! The rest of you...go listen to what you want, you wont be missed...

  • @monkeyturdman7 Then quit hanging around here flinging poo and just go then.

  • @monkeyturdman7 what are you 12? just figuring out about music? The Ramones is always a good start to expand your musical horizon. I understand ur young, naive, half retarded mind cant comprehend complex music made by the one and only king crimson, so u must resort to much more simple music, such as the ramones. ITS OK... ur dumb. everyone was dumb at some point in their life. not saying the ramones suck but once you've heard one ramones song, you've heard all of them. (they do suck)

  • @monkeyturdman7 Yeah, because two chord shouty thrash is just so exiting. And you saying that complex, smart music sucks just shows how pretentious, stupid & arrogent you are.

  • @Frobe1357 Yes, they do. This is boring, self-indulgent and pretentious. Good thing punk came along to kill this stuff and bring back some excitement to rock music.

  • @monkeyturdman7 yeah! dont intelligent musician putting together complex, intricate & intelligent music just suck!

  • @mkp823 heres the attention you wanted

  • fuck you all hater king crimson are great !
