What they don't mention is the source of funds that were used to start Loki. Nor the campaign of threats to shut down local competition there and in Peru. Want to make money? You can work there for room and board and management looks the other way while staff steals. If Oscar really likes you he might offer you several thousand to deliver a package for him in Europe. La Paz police and DEA know him well. But he turns in enough mules to stay free.
