Edited from the 1943 US Government film "Manpower" to recruit women into factories for the war effort, issue of equal pay for similar work, ergonomics and child care are highlighted. Sadly, more than 60 years later, these are still issues being fought for in US workplaces.

Hey, the narrator in the film said something kind of cool. He said, "Woman can do anything men can do, and sometimes do it better." Wow. That's progress. XD

@funkmike - it was a new idea at the time, in 1943, especially being provided by the employer. Few employers today offer free daycare as a benefit for their workers.
