Pas d'accord...Moi j'aime beaucoup la version de Bowie.
Sinon Arno a chanté "voir un ami pleurer", et bien je t'assure qu'elle donne des frissons.
Je suis moi même un fan de brel, mais il faut reconnaitre le talent là où il est.

Brel was as much an actor/director as he was siner/songwriter in facr one of his movies "Le far west" is considered a masterpiece [overused term] but I'm sure the pleasure of seeing/hearing his own work being picked up by the next "young turks" was a source of great pride to him.
That being said I still much prefer Jack L's version of Port of Amsterdam which unfortunately Brell never heard as he passed on in the late 70's but a good song is a good song and God rest him

Well 1st of all, it would be a Brel cover. Second, Brel's version is the best, he's such a great singer with so much emotion. The best cover is Scott Walkers, because to be honest, Bowie's version is pretty bad (in Bowie terms that is, on it's own it's still a great song.).

The debate of "Bowie ripping Brel's song" is just ridiculous. Brel's version is amazing. Bowie's version is amazing as well Two genious.
