Well, these green glowing dots were actually used as orientation spots so that the player can see himself, when everything on the screen is just black in black.
And then they were kept as a trademark...
Just my 2 cents to the goggles...
And by the way: Awesome Fanfilm.

everything was awesome, the storyline, the skill set, just one tiny mistake, the mono-goggle shouldn't be glowing, actually the mono-goggle or normal NVG works like cat's eyes it only glows if you're looking at certain angle not all the time.....just pointing out, dats all.
