They should have worked around the footage shortage and made the green ranger fully powered by the time Jason, Zack, and Trini left. It would have been a better scenario and not too costly to do I would bet.

its funny because Zordon would always say rangers the world is in danger we need your help then after a while he'd call Tommy and be say Tommy the rangers are in danger
