Well, it was such a gorgeous day in the Santa Cruz mountains. .
Sunday morning April 25 2010, Highway 35 on the summit from Alpine road to Hwy 9.
A new experience of seeing my face 2 inches of the ground with rocks, dirt and a 450 Lbs motorcycle (and pieces of it) sliding and flying together for 50+ feet until ending up in the bushes.
Otherwise, another beautiful and sunny California Sunday..
Aftermath video clips from my phone.
Lots of thanks to Brian and Paul, who were riding behind me and then rode to a nearby Forest Fire Station to get help (phones had no reception up there).
Cheers
motolife2000, man!! as drbo said, wishin you a speedy recovery and a quick return to the road but . . . bottom line, mate, if you continue to continually cross double lines in tight, twisty, mountain, speed up on the bumper of the kook car driver in front of you who already posesses the driving skills of a sheep, roll through stop signs like the F150 hurtling towards you at 60 mph will deposit you gently on the sidewalk - moto - YOU ARE GOING TO DIE !!! Learn from that one buddy, enjoy the ride.

From watching some of your vids I'm not all that surprised. I'm glad you're okay, but you should really be more careful man, you take too many risks and are a bit too impatient. Know your limitations. Hope you're doing well and are back out there, ride safe.
