I found this great. I am on a wheelchair and find myself slanted and this helps me stay straight. Normally if i see an exercise it seems you can only do it standing. Both of these I can do on the chair

@sonebone7 I think swimming helps with that problem I used swim at least 2 hours a day and my neck pain stopped but now I have a cold and I cant swim anymore so it is back again

@PostRehabSpecialist where is cervical spine and cervical extentions. I would like to work on my neck and upper back because it is hurting and for some reason my neck movements are limited because of the pain. I used to go swimming and it helped any suggestions???

Can't really tell, but do the backs of her hands actually touch her shoulders?

No the hands wont touch the shoulders. 99% of humans are unable to touch the shoulder in this manner. Touching the shoulders is not necessary nor would ask the client to specifically touch the shoulder. Use the phrase "try to put your hands on the top of the shoulders". This rolls the shoulder girdle posteriorly and helps with cervical alignment. Thanks for the comment.
