@TheBroadwayballerina Okay, I have no clue what you are trying to say in the first part. If you could reword that, I would honestly love to respond.
Well, you were biting my tail over me forgetting to capitalize a "P". I wasn't the one attacking you over that. And of course it's not the SATs. Anyone could see that. But clarity is always good no matter what. Also, what do you mean 'prima was in qoutes'? What are you talking about?

@TheBroadwayballerina First, I never said I was an orthopedic surgeon or had any medical background when I posted the video. If you have medical issues you know about, use common sense and don't do something that would irritate it. Second, I don't think you should be correcting me on my grammatical errors when you cannot even capitalize or add punctuation to your sentences.

@TheBroadwayballerina Then you did it incorrectly. My teacher told me to do this who was prima ballerina at age 13. She has the most amazing, healthy feet in the world. Do you think I would be so stupid as to post something like this I am totally uninformed about? I think a former prima ballerina who has been dancing and teaching all her life around the world knows what she is talking about, don't you? No, this is not bad for your feet UNLESS YOU DO IT INCORRECTLY!!!

@SpudxMuffinz Awesome. Thanks! :)
How long do you do each of these stretches for? I don't want to over-do it

@sleepdancelove19 about 5 mins each. Unless it hurts too bad. I'm assuming you know good pain from bad. :)

@jazzierulesxxx When you wear pointe shoes your toes pointe differently. That's basically the difference. It makes your toes point properly for doing pointe work while stretching your feet. :) Hope this helps!
