I believe its int he second season. I don't remember which number, but the story was (the short hair girl, forgot her name cus I haven't watched it in ages) decides to stop driving motorbikes so she can drive a police cruiser. She fails miserably, so her partner takes her old motorcycle appart and puts the engine and components into an old Subaru carcass, to make her feel more comfortable.

It's the episode where Natsumi wrecks her bike and Miyuki won't fix her bike for her and tells her to get a car since she has an auto license and hasn't even used it. She ends up buying a lemon R3 and Miyuki uses the bike parts to fix the vehicle as the rest of the station helps to hunt down the con artist that sold the lemon to her.

Short haired girl is Natsumi, she's my favorite character. Mostly because i've got (almost) the same personality she has XD
