UFO Cape Elizabeth Maine 2007.

Witness Statement.

Maine-August, 2007-I was filming some B-roll for a documentary about the Portland Head Light in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. I did not notice this object while filming, and just got around to editing the tape it was on a couple of weeks ago.
I was panning the harbor after shooting a tanker and tugs coming into the harbor, and shot the island forts for the doc we were working on. I didn't pay much attention to it the first few times of going through the film as planes frequently fly in that area to land and take off at the Portland Airport.

While doing a frame by frame, I noticed that this did not appear to be an airplane. I've looked it over several times but cannot determine what type of craft this is.

The camera I was using had VHSC for media.You'll notice that the object was flying over one of the forts

Yea Yea I noticed in a few of your vids too shaky to tell and some out of focus. try getting a better cam and maybe use tirpod if possible. but u know there are lot of digital cams that auto focus & help if u shaky- upgrade. even some cell phones have video samsung finnese s good

The local news has done a couple clips on the casoco bay ufo, come to find out it was an inventor on peaks island who made a hydrogen cell jet powered zema foil. It hovers and zips around using a hydrogen stan meyers fuel cell clone and a foil pod. it is kinda neat. He flys over my house in it often.

By the way my house is in your video. I almost feel like a star now.. jk.

the fort in question is the one at south side of House Island and the dot you are looking at is a hot air balloon somewhere over Cumberland.
