Irea, Once a Dream, One Day, Season's End and Can You Remember seem to be about something akin to that.

However, Until Kingdom Come, Forever, The Mourning After, III Ways to Epica, Snow, When The Lights Are Down, The Haunting, This Pain, Moonlight, Memento Mori and Love You To Death all center around a theme of lamenting for a lover who has died.

Of course, that's a central idea of Faust, which Epica and The Black Halo are based on.
