Get back in the kitchen woman...oh wait.

I love that you're not afraid to use your hands. Don't you hate that someone always calls when you're busy! lol. I'm going to try this, single serving though with one or two eggs, since there's just me eating them.

Finished making this one. My brother loved it! FYI, it's hard to make him eat anything except for hotdogs.
Thanks a lot!

Thank you for your presentation . I am making chicken paprika for my girlfriend in Thailand and needed a trip down memory lane as to how mom made the noodles . No need for Rachel Ray when you have good folks making informative postings.

mine came out kinda sticky did I mix it to much or do I,need to let it sit longer?

@mzguzman87 If it's sticky, I'd try dusting with a bit of flour. If mixing it makes it tough, just let it sit (wrapped in plastic wrap) for half an hour or so before trying to roll it out.

is this a special flour??
cause when i put mine in the machine it kind of stick and breaks a lot

@Darwin06QL Nope, just regular All Purpose flour. Sometimes it helps to wrap it in plastic wrap and let it sit for 30 minutes or so to let the gluten relax.
