The DAT is the BLT¿s health nut boyfriend. Instead of bacon, crispy dulse adds a nice saltiness to each bite of this sandwich. We can¿t get enough!

  • I like everything uncooked though. Great recipe..but I don't want to put it in the oven.

  • Careful - the B12 in sea veggies are actually analogues, so their BLOCK the real B12 from being absorbed by your body.

  • great idea!

  • tks!!

  • I am have been eating Dulse for years and making DLTS...I like your variation. I love avocados. Does Dulse have Astaxanthin?

Astaxanthin is supposed to be in red marine algae or micro algae.

    Thanks.

  • I just bought this for the first time today and I love eating it right out of the bag! Thanks for the recipe - I will be using this stuff alot - including in a vegan version of clam chowder.

  • Thanks for the recipe. Usually make wraps with Nori Sheets and veggies, but going to try this one as haven't had Dulse yet.

  • nice colors and it looks great, my favorite thing dulse, avo, and tomato yummo. i guess a raw way would be dehydrated flax as bread and some nut butter. yahoo
