  • Organic or not once it is heated it'll lose it's health benefits and become bad for you. Probably better to use Coconut oil or peanut oil for frying. It's better to take a teaspoon of sunflower oil straight from the bottle or add it to a salad. Of course it should unheated and unadulterated.

  • This video is so great! Sunflower oil is delicious and I love using it in canola versus all those hydrogenated oils. I found a good quality organic sunflower oil online at love street foods and it tastes better than what I found at the grocery store.
