'Tuchas' means behind in Yiddish. Barclays Knightsbridge, London has put spikes on its ledges outside. This is to stop the public from sitting down there. I complained and the staff had a good laugh, agreeing with me. In Washington, Philadelphia and New York it is such fun to sit on bank or other commerical ledges and have a sandwich and drink from a thermos. In Connecticut Ave near Wyoming there is a long ledge and it is always full of people. I have made many new friends there! I find these spikes offensive, fascistic and ugly.
