@sammarco02 What I am saying is the pianist in question has taken one of the best pieces ever composed and made it his own. Of course, if you didn't like the performance then that is fine; all you have to do is state that you didn't like it, not complain to me about it.

We have a competent performer, who lets the music flow through his finger tips. There is playing the piano, which I can do, and playing like this, which very few can do. This pianist has worked with Rachmaninoff to give us one the top ten performances on Youtube. I always say that listening on Youtube never beats being in the audience, but this even on Youtube is as close to perfect as anyone could get.

Probablement la meilleure performance! J'ai commencé cette pièce et c'est pas du chocolat. Elle demande de la passion et de la rapidité, surtout à la main gauche. La musique russe est vraiment impétueuse et j'aime!!! Bravo Lugansky, pour moi, le meilleur interprète de Rachmaninov après Horowitz!
