My third record on Cubase to show the g2.1u´s quality of sound.
I pluged my Shelter Les Paul Nashville direct to my g2.1u, then to my pc with the usb cable. I recorded the guitars (base, solos, clean) and for the bass and drums I used a Midi file syntetized (Ezdrummer, Universal Sound). I didn´t record the vocals because I´m not a singer^^.

The patch that I created to this music is in here:

  • que settings usaste en el g2?

  • its on the link :^^

  • hey man, not a bad job, too bad the drums and the bass sound a bit weird. A couple more of these songs, and you won't just be playing guitar like a pro, but you'll be mixing like a pro too :P

Try working on the EQs more, the drums and bass, and guitars as well could sound much better.

  • tks.... this record is with a bad sound, maybe cause I used a bad codec to put here in youtube

I´m thinking to record a new one, I dont know which on, but i´ll try to hear you notes^^ heheh tks

  • q programa vc usou pra sintetizar o baixo???

  • cubase, universal sound (VST)

  • awesome sound, maybe too much distortion i think

  • @tiobizzo What setting did you use for the clean tone?

  • Hey Guy! .. I never play electronic guitar.

Now i decided to buy this one "YAMAHA PACIFICA 012 BL"

So Please tell me what should i need to buy with that ?

I don't know which sets need for electric guitar

And this one is not bad ? Right ? I had chosen it , because it is so cheap.

Give me some advices Please .. Thanks xD

  • what are the setting for the clean intro

  • tempo mmmmmm but good job

  • @metalcro

Try d4agreg he might be able to give you advice!

  • @tiobizzo

florianardelean is obviously very knowledgeable. Big Respect, but me a music lover Certainly not a professional musician as far as I can hear, this is a bloody good cover.

Can't wait to hear some more from you. If you take on board some of florianardelean's advice it might sound better than it already did. Thank you for the demo!

  • Very nice man, i like the clean sound a lot !!! For the distortion try the folowing, record 1 track of distortion and give left panning (around 80%), record a second track playing the same thing and right panning, with the same amount. Overall the sound will feel "bigger", with more space. I usually do that...
