Einat Wilf at Arava Power Ketura Sun Press Conference:
"It was very important for me to be here together with the Minister from the Independence Faction and Party Orit Noked and together with Minister Uzi Landau to show our political support. We are here today to celebrate but ultimately the political struggle is still continuing. There are still people who, with having found gas on the shores of Israel, believe that we should kind of freeze the solar project. We believe it is a huge mistake. The Independence Faction views it as a critical issue especially given that it is the realization of the Ben Gurion vision by which we care very deeply. This is important to the kibbutzim and moshavim, which we support very much. And it also deals with issues of security and homeland security which we care about, so we are all here to make sure that you know that in this ongoing political struggle you have our backing and so congratulations for today and our support for the future."
