I don't really understand why everyone hated Princess Serenity in PGSM. I actually felt bad for her and thought she was really cool with her little sword thing that she used against Queen Beryl. Mamoru made it seem like she was such a horrible person and told Sailor Moon to stop, when if he'd let her continue it probably would have saved his life.  They didn't have any kind of storyline like that in the anime or the manga from what I could see. So I wonder what Serenity did that was so bad?

I'm sorry, that was kind of facetious of me. Anyway, Princess definitely made mistakes by destroying the world.

In the shitennou hostage scene with the sword attack, as to why Mamoru wanted her to stop: she was hurting her own senshi as well, AND the shitennou he was trying to protect, remember. She even hurt NARU with it eventually. That's pretty bad, too. Serenity/Princess Sailormoon does not distinguish and hurts EVERYONE. It also turns out her power strengthens Metalia as well anyway.

Thank you very much! I found it fitting -- and interesting to explore the 'negative' side of what Princess Sailormoon was willing to do over her love for Endymion, and what Usagi/Sailormoon was willing to do for her love for her friends and the world in general. Also of course, the middle section water scene with what both were willing to sacrifice for the other.

@BelleBook That said, I like Serenity more than Queen Beryl, who was so selfish that she was willing to force Mamoru/Endymion to be with her by threatening the Shittentou -- and killing Nephrite. Worse, Beryl was willing to *poison* Mamoru to keep him from being with Usagi/Serenity or even *thinking* of her! But that doesn't excuse Princess Serenity's not realizing that others (like her guardians or innocent bystanders like Naru) might be hurt by her.

@IceQueen007 In PSGM, when Prince Endymion was killed trying to defend Princess Serenity, she used the Mystical Silver Crystal to destroy the Moon Kingdom (and the Earth) in her grief and despair. And worse, she would be willing to destroy the world *again* if Endymion was killed *again*! She believed her and Endymion's destiny was to be separated even if they were reborn on the same planet, so I guess she felt she had nothing left to lose. The problem is that *others* would be hurt by her!

True true. That makes sense. I actually haven't seen PGSM in a while. I really like your vid by the way. It was well done and the song is pretty good too.
