@Razorshardz Most likely. Even if the original creator DID copyright it, he couldn't get it on this one since the song probably wouldn't even be the same. Like for an example, have you seen movies on youtube where the picture part is flipped? No one can call copyright on that since it isn't that same exact thing as the original movie. Get my drift?
I've thought about this, and either way I want to keep the music free for all. Is this why it hasn't been taken off YouTube yet? Because the original creator didn't publish it or something?
@Razorshardz Doesn't matter who was the original maker, just look at the Computer mouse you're using right now. The original design for the very first mouse was stolen three times and then "copyrighted" by Apple (Mac) the last one who stole it. So in the end it's who can copyright it the fastest.
@Razorshardz Probably late, but since the song was never released on a soundtrack CD or any music site, the song has actually not been copyrighted. So really you can throw it on I-Tunes.
