This was when X Factor was about the voice and without gimmicks like autotune to assist the contestants voice. Shayne is a supreme talent, the best X Factor winner in my opinion but he was treated diabollically by Cowell and co., he is currently in the West End starring in Rock of Ages and by all accounts is brilliant.
