Gram Panchayat Work Flow Automation & Community Portal

For the first time in India, Sampoorna Swaraj Foundation has implemented an Internet enabled Gram Panchayat Work Flow Automation solution and Community Portal in 15 villages in Karnataka. The Sampoorna Panchayat Center in each village allows a village citizen to access his Gram Panchayat 24 x 7 and request for any service. All activities of GP, such as Tax collection, payment to vendors, finance and accounts, project management, beneficiary transactions, grievance management etc. are ALL done thru Internet. Each village citizen has hs own unique Username and Password, and he can transact securely with the GP stakeholders, such as GP Adhyaksha, Karydarshi, PDO, Bill collector and all citizens of the GP thru the Sampoorna Portal. He can have access to information such as GP Bank Balance, all the cheques issues, projects details, contractors details, beneficiaries of schemes, tax payers details etc.
