I'll give it a shot.

2 cards are blue 2 are red, you put 2 blues in the top, take one of them but instead of putting it at the bottom you put it behind the next card, so you 'shift' the blue cards 2 times like there was four. Then you chnge positions of blue with red and does the same thing. Then at the end you put 1 red 1 blue 1 red 1 blue, and perform double lifts so the four look blue, but actually you only shows 2 backs of the cards. Magic is done.
