@emperordannolan it is actually, it is called fraud and there are laws against it already. The burden of proof is on the restaurant though, if they are confident they are clean though they would most likely win in court if it is an isolated incident.

I looked up the book the 3 guys wrote: the reviews are mixed. While some think it's light-hearted and funny, there are others who think it's horrible and no one in their right mind should read it. I agree with the latter group: these guys should be ashamed of themslves. This is exactly the reason why our society has become distrustful and and closed.

Is he really that ignorant that he forgot that hundreds of thousands of acres were stolen and 90-95% of indigenous peoples were slaughtered so that everyone else could FREELOAD the rich resources from this continent that was home to "Indian Americans" for tens of thousands of years?
