Manhunt was originally released on a ps2 and was BEST on a ps2 (i played all versions of it for all platforms) and yet....they show it with an xbox sign. I ain't acting all fanboy, but that is just unfair. Fuck you microsoft.

@TheeKingOsiris It was because of Vice City that I discovered Motley Crue, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax. It was because of Old School that I discovered Metallica. The rest is history.

@mandwithmadness hmm......i agree. Like i said, GTA does not promote violence, but i doesnt really help. i was just saying i understand why they would. GTA didnt make me want to commit crime, it made me scared to go outside. but i change what i said about banning it, it should not be banned, i feel now that if the do do something about gta they should just make enforce the ratings more, cause its only the kids they are worried.

@DoNotOpenEver true, for an interactive art form violence is much more likely to have negative effects on society, but i think people who are likely to take inspiration from violence in the media of whatever form is a danger to society whatever way they are viewing or experiencing violence. So people who are susceptible to things they experience are often unable to distinguish reality from fiction, and their actions should not be blamed on games like gta as gta does not mean to encourag violence

@mandwithmadness ok not banning it goes against there freedom of speech to ban it. i was not saying they should band it, i was just saying i do understand why it should be banned. and what do you mean violence in movies and on tv, that is not interactive violence. thats why games get more media attension with violence. because you are doing it.
