Sha Zukang, the United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs, loses it on the last day of the Internet Governance Forum in Sharm El Sheikh.

The session was due to start but the room had been locked-down while Egypt's First Lady wandered around outside in the lobby. This meant that lots of people were waiting at the back of the room by the doors rather than taking their seats.

Sha is informed about this but is so wound up that "he does not care". The incident was the talk of the conference.
