The 2009 Housewares Design Awards (www.housewaresdesignawards.com) presented by HomeWorld Business magazine, held at New York City's Marriott Marquis in Times Square.

Honoring design excellence for the art of living, the Housewares Design Awards is the premiere design award competition focused on the housewares industry. HOMEWORLD BUSINESS® presents the awards with educational support from the International Housewares Association. Sponsors of this years awards were DuPont Teflon and George Little Management. At the ceremony, Merchandising Excellence Awards were also given to leading retailers, which were selected by HomeWorld Business editors.
