yes sir totally agree that crime really is a major player in the destruction of this country however the reason this country has so much crime is because it presents it self as a solution to the already greater problem which is poverty and on an even greater scale illiteracy. Thus critical thinking is not exactly an every day habit within society its as if there is no real starting place however I would propose to rather start with education then crime ells it wont really go away.
