@reitvshow That makes sense. So the investor with money wants to focus in acquiring properties to obtain cash flow. As a wholesaler, is it your goal to eventually become a landlord investor, stay a wholesaler or do both?

Why would an investor use someone like you instead of searching for his own deals and cut out the middle man?

@onsalelaptops that is a great question. The reason an experienced investor uses a wholesaler is because they know that in order to get 1 deal they have to market to have 20 seller call them, look at 20 houses, and make 20 offers before you get a deal. It is a lot of work and we do it for them. They still get to buy at there price and we make a little money. Plus once a deal is locked up with me if they want it that is the only way they are going to get it.
