Gizmodo has been a bunch of jerks for a really long time. After this and the "prank" of turning off tv's at CES, I don't even know why people still go on their site. Why support a bunch of people that are jerks to the point that no one else in their own industry likes them?

Guys, realize that the iPhone 4 WAS NOT YET ANNOUNCED. This guy found it at a bar and shared it with us before the actual product was released/announced. It's not a review, and yes he did get arrested for sharing a product that wasn't yet released to the public. So many people saw the video that after he was arrested, apple announced the actual product because so many people already knew. Just stop hating!
P.s. I'm on my iPhone 4!
