Video Prose: The Stranger

This video was my first attempt at an experimental exploration of video prose.

Please note that this work has nothing to do with Albert Camus' "The Stranger" nor was it influenced by it. Regrettably I have not yet read any of his work but I look forward to doing so in the future ;)
The title was chosen at random and is a common one so it is a not surprising coincidence that there are other works that share it.

Funny, I am in the present travelling back in time, slowly discovering all of your video treasures in the opposite direction that you recorded them.

This beautiful piece has sent me back several years to a time that I used to catch the bus. Back then I was painfully shy as well. I think I must have grown out of that. Now I really enjoy a chat, even with strangers. Many good bus memories ...
